I have been purchasing my undergarments here for many years. The service is exceptional and the lines they carry are of excellent quality. The ladies take their time to find the right items for you and to fit you properly. The last time I visited, the salesperson stayed late to make sure I had everything I needed. I have recently moved out of the Whitby area but will still be making the drive to J’adore when needed.

Absolutely loved my experience at J'adore! Margo was so knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable during the fitting. Their assistance was thoughtful and professional, and the bra selection was amazing—beautiful styles and a great range of sizes. I left feeling confident and supported (literally!). Highly recommend!

The staff were amazing with my mom who needed a bra after a long illness and significant weight loss. They were patient, kind and persistent in finding a fit for her that was comfortable. I would have given up long before they did. We found a style and size that checked all the boxes and my mom left happy and satisfied. I would highly recommend their services and products. The whole experience was exactly what I had hoped it would be. Thank you again!
